“Be careful what you water your dreams with. Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dream. Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success. Always be on the lookout for ways to turn a problem into an opportunity for success. Always be on the lookout for ways to nurture your dream.” ~ Lao Tzu
Imagine waking up and expecting gifts, opportunities and success. Imagine expecting that people will help you, doors will open and life will be effortless. How different would your life be if you went out into the world each day expecting that your dreams will be supported and fulfilled?
Hold this belief close to your heart: Each moment has the potential to lead you closer to your heart’s truest desires.
How we tend to our “garden” of dreams and how we speak about what we are growing is important if we want them to grow and flourish. How do we grow and affirm our dreams with our words?
We use language that includes words/phrases like “When I am…”, “I am grateful for…”, or “I am excited for…” For example, “when” could mean – when I meet my partner, when I work there, when I finish that race. And saying, “I am free of debt”, or “I am powerful” moves us into the space of abundance.
It is time to wrestle out those weeds and choose what you want to grow. Expect good things to happen in your life. Stop wishing for things to happen. Wishing for change is wasting time!
“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” ~ Albert Einstein
I am guessing insanity isn’t aligned with your vision, so choose differently…
Practice every day and declare, affirm and prepare for your dreams to happen. Focus and share your vision, be mindful and recognize when gifts are being given to you. Stop wishing and start planning and nurturing your dreams.
Trust & Enjoy the process!
With love, Kelly
