Having studied and practiced mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour and stress reduction – this will be a well-being education-based program, providing gentle readings and practices utilizing mindfulness-based stress reduction.
By the end of the program, you will reduce your stress levels, and experience deeper sleep, more energy, and optimism, translating to a greater sense of well-being and peace.
