“Be careful what you water your dreams with. Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dream. Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success. Always be on the lookout for ways to turn a problem into an opportunity for success. Always be on the lookout for ways to nurture your dream.” ~ Lao Tzu
Imagine waking up and expecting gifts, opportunities and success. Imagine expecting that people will help you, doors will open and life will be effortless. How different would your life be if you went out into the world each day expecting that your dreams will be supported and fulfilled?
Hold this belief close to your heart: Each moment has the potential to lead you closer to your heart’s truest desires.
How we tend to our “garden” of dreams and how we speak about what we are growing is important if we want them to grow and flourish. How do we grow and affirm our dreams with our words? (more…)

What is preventing you from following what is in your heart?
Do you long to draw, paint or collage? Do you wish you could change careers or pursue an exciting hobby?
Maybe you dream of lush gardens or exotic cooking or interior design!
What happens to your body when you think and imagine yourself doing what your heart wants? Doesn’t it feel good?! Likely it does!
So, what is stopping you from taking action?
You don’t need a studio to be a potter or a sculptor. You don’t need to quit your job to be a writer, photographer or a dancer. You don’t need to leave your relationship to own your own business or will be considered a terrible parent to join a passionate cause.
“Indulging ourselves in a frantic fantasy of what our life would look like if we were real artists, we fail to see the many small creative changes that we could make at this very moment… Rather than take a scary baby step toward our dreams, we rush to the edge of the cliff and then stand there, quaking, saying. “I can’t leap. I can’t. I can’t.” ~ Julia Cameron –

Do you wish your business would grow and all of your effort would finally pay off
Do you wish you could change careers but the security of your day job keeps you from pursuing your dream?
Do you wish you could move to an exciting metropolitan location and live off of your laptop but you are afraid to make the big leap?
What if getting what you want really isn’t really what you expected?
Does worrying about getting what you want prevent you from even trying?
Yes, fear can be paralyzing; and surprisingly, success really can be scary. We often impose limits onto ourselves to keep us neatly tucked into our safety zone. We create methods of experiencing life, growing and expanding but not too much that would leave us vulnerable and exposed.
We blame our failure to achieve our New Years Resolutions on will power but it is fear that often overwhelms the change process. We focus on what we are “losing” rather than what newness might enter into the space when it opens up when we let go.
“Instead of writing three pages a day on a screenplay, we prefer worrying about how we will have to move to Hollywood if the script gets bought.” ~ Julia Cameron from The Artist’s Way
In other words, we stop before we start. Our dreams are our unique, special gifts meant to share with others, let’s continue to believe in them and learn more ways to express what is in our hearts.
Enjoy!

Imagine approaching each day with the perspective of expectance of possibility and success. How different would your life be if your went out into the world each day expecting that your dreams will be supported and fulfilled and that each moment has the potential to lead you closer to your heart’s truest desires?
However, few live with this sense of wonderment and faith because we often complain to ourselves (and usually everyone around you) that we have to do this or do that and can’t do what we really want etc. But I ask you – how much time do you waste wishing your life was different? The sad news transforms and becomes even empowering once it is accepted that – Wishing for change is wasting time!
“Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” ~ Albert Einstein
(I am guessing) You aren’t insane so try something different – Create a vision – clarify, declare and plan to get what you want! Stop wishing and start planning and nurturing your dreams.
Enjoy the process!

I love this quote!
“Once you have mastered time, you will understand how true it is that most people overestimate what they can accomplish in a year – and underestimate what they can achieve in a decade!” ~ Anthony Robbins
Why do I love it? I love it because it encourages belief in endless possibility and to commit to your dream for the long run. People tend to want things now and when it doesn’t happen all at once or they way they expected, they become discouraged and give up.
Persistence, perseverance, having a clear vision and action plan are elements of real long lasting change.
Imagine – what can you accomplish in ten years?
Just think, in ten years you could return to school all the way to obtaining a PhD!
You could change careers entirely, be promoted and work your way to the top.
You could start a family and have loads of children or save your money for five years and travel for five more! The options are endless but you have to get clear on what you want ~ so I am asking you,
What do you want to achieve in the next ten years?
Enjoy the process & Embrace Your Life!

“Organize your life around your dreams – and watch them come true.” ~Unknown author
Accept the moment for what it is, even if it is not ideal to your vision.
Sit here in this moment breathing in peace.
Look for the lessons and messages being presented to you in your life – What can you learn?
Let go when it is time to let go. It does not need to be a part of your story.
Stay focused on what you want, feeling the energy of having it all now and quietly or loudly get excited for what is coming!
Embrace Your Life! Enjoy the process!
