This is a very condensed, impromptu talk about facing unemployment. You can tell I am deeply passionate about this issue.. so much I wanted to say in only 4 minutes! 🙂
One thing that I didn’t touch on that I think is so important – is developing a routine that includes exercise and healthy eating – soooo important when navigating the emotional rollercoaster of transitioning through unemployment!!
